Consult with education stakeholders on instructional design and development.

Troubleshooting course design and curriculum implementations issues with stakeholder (Teachers, Administrators, etc.)

Advise and assist teaching faculty in the design and development of teaching materials

Work with faculty to incorporate new strategies and/or technologies in the learning by incorporating technology into the delivery of course materials

Assist with the development and facilitation of instructional training sessions and workshops

Initiate and lead in the development and delivery of professional development activities related to instructional design and development

Serve as liasion between school districts and vendors

Ensure integration of a wide range of multi-media software including audio, video, web, animation, and photo to develop materials for online, hybrid, and face to face courses or trainings

Assists with the creations of PLCs (Professional Learning Communities) that provide supports to train faculty with one-on-one or a series of workshops

Assist faculty in evaluating new instructional software and hardware in Pre-K-12th grade bands

Initiate and lead in the developing of evaluation tools and process for assessing technology-based instruction using the Infinite Research-based Rubric for Grading EdTech

Participate and conduct research to identify potential application for new and emerging instructional strategies and technology.

Consult with schools on integrating education technology with diverse learners and culturally responsive instructional practices.
